TRACI CARSON, PhD, MPH
Traci is a researcher, scientist, professor and (still sometimes) athlete, passionate about helping active women fuel their bodies and optimize their menstrual cycles for health, performance, and fertility.

About me
Traci is a Women’s Health specialist with a PhD in Public Health and an MPH in Health Behavior and Health Education from the University of Michigan. Her work has broadly focused on reproductive and menstrual cycle health, and she specializes in working with active women with a history of disordered eating.

Her training includes studying under leading physician-researchers at Harvard University and Boston Children’s Hospital, and she has published first-authored research, including papers in the top Sports Medicine journal in the world (the British Journal of Sports Medicine).
She is currently living in Asheville, NC where she spends lots of time in the mountains, on her road bike, and playing with her two dogs (Lucee and Bo).
